The Rebel of Copper Creek Copper Creek Cowboys RC Ryan 9781455572267 Books

Page turning western romance with suspense, absolutely adorable little boys, strong family ties, and a sexy hero and his equally sexy heroine. I thought this was even better than the first one, THE MAVERICK OF COPPER CREEK. Griff was the kind of rugged and protective hero that throws himself right into danger in order to remove any threats from Juliette and her young sons. He makes their safety his number one priority. He's the kind of guy that slays dragons. And Juliette was independent without losing her femininity. She is a loving mother, and a loyal widow to her husband's memory. But the best part of this book is the children, Casey and Ethan. Reading their heart breaks, and their strengths and courage, their innocence and their willingness to love, and be loved was a warm and endearing tug on the heartstrings. Casey's chatter as he stumbles over words and meanings was so cute. And Ethan's sadness and attempts to rediscover the belonging he lost were so touching. It was nice being a part of the MacKenzie clan again. Their devotion and willingness to help, helped save others. The villains in this story were very easy to despise. The action was suspenseful, the romance was passionate, and the love of family members for one another was sincere.
A great escape for the reader. And a pleasant bed time read.

The Rebel of Copper Creek Copper Creek Cowboys RC Ryan 9781455572267 Books Reviews

I am very satisfied.
These were great book s to read they had a great story , I bought both of them , waiting on the last one to come out
I gotta make it four instead of five, because, though I love the characters, the setting, the story; having grown up on a ranch in Central Montana, I had difficulty with one big thing. A thousand acre ranch in Montana's beef country is barely enough to scrap by for one or two people. To generate that much success, needing that many hands, raising that much beef, you're looking at tens of thousands of acres. A neighbor of ours is about as successful as the MK Ranch, and he's got close to 180,000 acres and runs almost 1500 head. We're a small place, about 4500 acres and run around 300 head total, with only 3 of us working it full time. See my issue? 1000+ acres is not much in Montana for a wildly successful ranch, in my honest opinion from my personal experience.
Other than the MK ranch bring WAY too small for all the luxiouriousness it provides, this book and the series are one of my favorites.
I loved the series of Copper Creek Cowboys. They are fun, with a little sadness involved.
R.C. Ryan is a new author for me but when I started reading her books I could get enough. This book is a series Montana ranchers that are brothers . With adventure, love of strong women and great family.
THE CHARACTERS IN THIS BOOK ARE THE BASTARD SON AND THE WIDOW OF A MILITARY HERO WITH TWO CHILDREN. HANDICAPPED VETERANS AND HORSES HELPING THEIR RECOVERY.
This book has everything I look for in a novel. Romance (clean), humor and good characters. Once again we are back to the MacKenzie family in Montana. This story has a few twists and turns, but a HEA. Now I must wait for Whit's story. I highly recommend that you read the first book about Ash first to fully appreciate this book.
